4. All orders are checked, on receipt, for stock availability. Seasonal stock items may not be available at the time of selection and reasonable efforts will be used to determine a suitable resolution (I.e. refund or alternative product).
5. Misuse of the on-line shop and/or the shopping basket and/or the payment system(s) may result in the rejection of an order. Perceived fraudulent misuse will be reported to relevant authorities and refunded only on instruction from the relevant authorities. In all cases reasonable efforts will be used to contact the users / customer. Refunded Payment(s) will be refunded in accordance to and within the payment system(s) guidelines and time-scales.
6. Seven Wells Family Butchers Ltd cannot guarantee that the weights of each cut will always be exactly as ordered due to the fact that it is a natural product butchered by hand some may be a fraction heavier or lighter but the total weight and value will be at or above your order requirements.
